Independence: We do not work for, nor are we incentivized by, any banks, insurers, or fund managers. We provide advice based solely on what is best for the client.
Limitations: We do not provide advice on direct equity (individual stocks), mortgages, insurance, or estate planning (wills/trusts).
3. Fees and Expenses
Eversure Wealth operates on a transparent flat-fee model.

Flat Service Fees: The fees listed on our "Book Services" page are all-inclusive for the scope of work described.

No Hidden Charges: We do not charge separate consultation fees, implementation fees, or cancellation fees beyond the agreed flat fee.

Fixed Costs: All costs are agreed upon before work begins, ensuring no hourly surprises.
4. Conflicts of Interest and Incentives
To protect the integrity of our advice and meet our duty to prioritize client interests:

No Commissions: We do not receive commissions, "kickbacks," or referral fees from any fund managers or third-party providers.

No Non-Monetary Benefits: We do not accept sales incentives, gifts, or hospitality from product providers.

Removal of Bias: Because our only source of income is the flat fee paid by you, our advice is never influenced by which financial products you choose to use.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

6. Our Duties and Qualifications
